Welcome to Berklee’s online financial aid portal.

Use this portal to:

  • check the status of your financial aid application;

  • see which documents we have received and which documents are still missing; and

  • view your financial aid award.

Entering students

Use the Berklee Universal ID listed in your Berklee admissions materials to log in to this portal. This may be different from another student ID you use for other Berklee systems.

You can find your BUID in:

  • your admissions decision letter;

  • the Next Steps page in your Berklee Admissions student account at apply.berklee.edu; or

  • your financial aid award notification email, if you received one.

When logging in to this financial aid portal, use your Berklee Universal ID, not your legacy Colleague ID, PowerCampus ID, or another student ID unless instructed otherwise.

Continuing students

Financial Aid now uses the Berklee Universal ID (BUID) for this portal. If you have logged in before using another student ID, use your Berklee Universal ID instead. Your PIN has not changed.

First Time Here?

Select First Time User in the log in box.

You will need your:

  • date of birth; and

  • Berklee Universal ID.

After you create your PIN, you will return to this page and log in using your Berklee Universal ID and new PIN.



Forgot Your PIN?

Select Forgot My PIN in the log in box. After you answer your security questions, your PIN will be provided.
